Acts on the basis of the Statute
The company was established on the basis of the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
The property of the enterprise is owned by the Vitebsk district, the rights of the owner of which are exercised by the Vitebsk District Council of Deputies represented by the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.
The founder of the enterprise is the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
The enterprise is a legal entity, has separate property in economic management, bears
independent responsibility for its obligations, may acquire and exercise property and personal non-property rights on its own behalf, perform duties, be a plaintiff, a defendant and a third party in court.
The company has an independent balance sheet, settlement and other accounts in bank institutions, a seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus with its name, stamps.
The company is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Charter.
The company has the right, with the consent of the founder, to create subsidiaries, open branches and representative offices, participate in joint-stock companies, limited liability companies and other business companies and partnerships, associations and organizations.
The company is liable for its obligations with all property belonging to it.
The founder is not liable for the obligations of the enterprise, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Charter.
